In April of 1999, Elísio Tsuha , José Carlos de Araújo and Renan Castaldi founded Solare Indústria de Borracha Ltda. in Franca in the state of São Paulo. The company started its activity in a 480 m2/574 yd2 shed. The company moves to an area of 1500 m2/1794 yd2  in the beginning of 2002, with the increasing demand for its products and acquisition of new machinery.

The constant investment in technology and capacitation of its staff, proper assistance and delivery all over Brazil provides Solare the availability of diverse products and well- known quality making the company one of the main manufacturers of rubber plates and soles in the country.
